2. View the Plans & Pricing page for all student fees/cost. Pay as you go to start with then Monthly Membership or Block Booking. Contact us to book your start date.

3. Come along 10 minutes before the class starts wearing loose comfortable clothing and flat / trainer shoes.

Whats Happening

DOORS ARE OPEN

Indoor Tai Chi and Qigong sessions are back up and running in Sale, Altrincham, Bowdon and Deansgate/Castlefield. Sign up for Indoor Membership and receive access to our online interactive Zoom sessions as complimentary to the monthly subscription.

NON CONTACT

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all sessions will be strictly prohibited from any contact training, Push Hands, Chi Sau training or Sparring until further notice.

INDOOR MEMBERSHIP

This is a monthly Membership for your weekly indoor classes. Unlimited online Zoom access will be added so you can review from home. Students are finding that they are progressing much faster with the added online Zoom sessions throughout the week.

ONLINE ZOOM SESSIONS

Offers Pay As You Go, Block Bookings and Monthly Membership.

We have developed an online weekly timetable offering Online Interactive ZOOM Sessions to help students keep up with there own practice at home during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The Zoom sessions are running smoothly and we will continue to serve students online as well as indoors at supported venues.

ABOUT TAI CHI KUNG FU CENTRE

Chinese Martial Arts and Culture

The Centre teaches and promotes Chen style Tai Chi, Qigong Health and Chinese Kung Fu.

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced students and offers a friendly welcoming atmosphere for you to start or continue your journey.

We teach the full syllabus from Chinese health exercises, foundation training to advance weapons training, Chinese Kung Fu training and Traditional Chinese Lion/Dragon dance.

Offering indoor classes, online tuition, seminars and workshops, student grading and instructor courses throughout the year. we are sure to keep your practice fresh and rewarding.
